We visited this small space studio apartment in Bangkok in April. It's brand new and the architect really did a good job here, reminds us a lot of the tiny Japanese apartment spaces. Lots of optimizing ideas, hidden storage space and it even has a walk-in closet!

We stayed in it for one night and got to experience it for 24 hours. The tiny balcony especially fascinated us. It is big enough to seat two people, and the grass carpet is a very nice touch because we are on the 8th floor, so it’s great to have a little (fake) green area.

The kitchen is placed in the hallway just when you enter the apartment, and on the one side, you find a mirror wall, that lets the light in and gives the illusion of space. The kitchen itself has many cool details, like the elevated drying rack, a built-in washer, and a stylish magnetic cutting board.

The bedroom has a glass wall on the one side, to let light into the bathroom. Even the desk in the room is made of glass (plastic), to ensure all the light get in, and to give the feeling of more space.

In the living room, there’s tons of storage too. The cabins are placed high up and low by the floor, and every inch is well utilized. It has a fold-out guest bed, which will work well when you have guests staying over for the night. Enjoy.
