After FOX45 report: Maryland school complies with federal law, provides 1:1 student aides

Following an explosive FOX45 News investigation into special needs students not receiving mandated services, it appears Prince George’s County Public Schools is no longer in violation of federal law. As of March 5, 2026, all students with disabilities who require a 1:1 aide have one assigned to them.
