Political Correctness and Thoughtcrime

Expanding the discussion on newspeak, doublethink, and thoughtcrime, is the movement known as the "political correctness" movement, which attempts to make certain unsavory ideas disappear by preventing individuals from communicating those ideas - a variation of Orwell's "thoughtcrime" concept.
