Kourtney had a nine-year romance with Scott Disick that started in 2006, and together they have three children Mason, Penelope, and Reign.

Kourtney found out she was pregnant with her and Scott's first child, Mason Dash Disick, during the filming of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2009.

Like her elder brother, Kourtney's second child Penelope's birth was aired on Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2012.
Affectionally called P by her family, the 9-year-old was born on July 8. Her middle name, Scotland, was chosen as a tribute to Kourtney's Scottish heritage.

The former couple's third child, Reign Aston Disick, was born on the same day as his brother Mason's fifth birthday in 2014.

Unlike his older siblings, Reign was not seen for the first four months of his life, with fans not meeting the little boy until April 2015.
