Testing my central ac with a soft starter from hyper engineering

The purpose of this video was to test the inrush current of my newly installed hyper engineering soft start device. Before installing the soft start, the inrush was around 77 amps @ 240 v, or 18480 watts.

After it was installed, it is about 16.2 amps @ 240v , or 3888 watts.

You can clearly see how this allows for a smaller generator to start and run the central ac.
