A decadent pulao that you would have ever tasted. Serve this with Kosha Mangsho or aloor dum or macher chop. Links below to the various dishes you can pair it with. :)

Ingredients:
315gms of rice
600ml of hot water
1 inch of ginger grated
3 green chillies
3-4 Bay leaves
5-7 cloves
5 green cardamoms
1-2 Tbspns of sugar ( as per your taste)
4 Tbspns of ghee
1 spice spoon of turmeric (1/4 tspn)
Salt to taste (I put 1 tspn)
