According to the ISO 20022 Ecosystem and INATBA Founding Members list
XRP XDC ALGO - (XLM Hyperledger) & IOTA and (QNT ISO TC/ 307) are all on that list as blockchains and DLT's

I personally find XRP very useful for payments because it is a liquidity and settlement token that is used in ODL ( On demand - Liquidity) and other products and services built around the finance and payments landscape. The XRP ledger can achieve 1,500 TPS and transactions settle in under 4 seconds w/Finality. Transactions cost less than a cent. It is very scalable and future proof.

Quant’s Overledger will function as an operating system to connect existing permissioned and permission-less blockchains and networks together

That explains the Overledger's role in trying to make interoperability between the Corda, Hyperledger, and Ripple platforms possible

The IMF, World Bank, and BIS has come out and said that CBDC’s (central bank digital currencies) need to be interoperable.

Quant, r3's Corda, Ripple, and Stellar as blockchains and networks are all a part of the Hyperledger fabric - Look it up

R3 Corda and the Hyperledger fabric (HLF) was mentioned in the Saudi Central Bank and Central Bank of the U.A.E research paper as useful platforms for CBDC's (Project Aber). Many other central banks have mentioned Ripple, and Corda and Hyperledger as well

The Corda settler uses $XRP and $XDC as their main settlement tokens.
