Inside the package it comes with this carrying case that is lockable for ultimate privacy, a measuring gauge on the pump, cleaning sponge, comfort insert pad, this pad is MUCH better designed as it won't fall out and holds the suction much better, a shower strap is included. And the main thing about the new hydromax xtreme that really sets it apart is the new hose and hand pump that come with it.

Check this out: This makes pumping the actual bathmate SO much easier in the shower, especially with the shower strap involved. You put the bathmate on filled with warm water, get on that shower strap, and just use your hand to squeeze the pump to get the suction to where you want it to be. This is an amazing improvement to Bathmate's previous models because some guys had, had issues getting the suction level just right - this allows you to FULLY customize the experience to get maximum penis size results.

Now bathmate has come out with 2 versions of their xtreme model. The X30 and the X40, these are different from the regular hydromax x30 and x40 but they are the same size as the other two. This particular model is the X40/X30 and it allows for up to 7.1/8.5 inches in length to fit in the pump when compressed.

If choosing a pump for the first time I would definitely recommend that you pick up the x40 so you have expanded room to grow as time progresses so you won't need to upgrade to another pump.
Bathmate Xtreme effectiveness:

So in terms of actual effectiveness I tested out the Xtreme model for a few weeks to get a feel for the device. First thing I noticed was how customizable the pressure was, you can literally increase the pressure bit by bit by bit to get into the zone where you are the most comfortable/see the most gains. Size wise it is the same as the X40 model that I had been using for maintenance, but the quality of the pressure and the pump has been significantly increase.

After testing out this pump for a couple of weeks my confidence in bathmate is definitely at an all time high. They have delivered again on a high quality products and are consistently taking into account guys ideas and suggestions and make a better product because of it.

All of these new features put this pump in the price range of the Penomet, but I would argue that you get even more out of the Xtreme than you do with the Penomet, due to all the new features and the hand pump, the pressure is even MORE customizable.
So I definitely put my stamp of approval on this product, I've tested it out for a couple weeks and once again I am glad to have this model replace the bathmate x40 that I have been using for maintenance.
