teleMEDCARE - How to use on a Laptop?

Desktop Users #1. Click on the ‘Access Service’ button on the Medcare Telehealth page. You will be required to agree on a consent form.

#2. You will be redirected to a Jabber plug-in download for your browser. Download/install the plug-in for your respective browser

#3. After the add-on /extension is installed, you’ll be redirected to the previous tab, and the webpage will ask for permission to use the Microphone, Camera and the speakers.

#4. You will be presented with a page showing a preview of what your camera is currently receiving. Click ‘Call’ and get connected to Medcare customer service executive who will connect you with Medcare medical practitioner
