The Days after Weaning | How are the cows and calves doing after weaning?

Weaning 2019 went off without a hitch!

Last week we weaned out calves. We spent this week acclimating the calves to independent life. They spent sometime on the opposite side of the fence from the cows, so they had visual contact. And after a few days we moved the cows a couple pastures away.
