🎯 The goal: build Plyrium Forge in public.

Plyrium Forge is a local-first AI coding workspace for running entire teams of AI agents inside one desktop app. Each team gets its own Director, workers, terminals, memory, Ops Board, topology view, project workspace, and isolated workflow.

This stream is the real build: architecture decisions, bugs, refactors, UI polish, Rust backend work, Electron/React frontend work, agent orchestration, memory systems, Kanban isolation, terminal management, and all the messy production code that makes the app actually work.

No fake demos. No polished highlight reel. Just live engineering, AI-collaborative coding, real commits, real failures, real fixes, and the path toward shipping a tool that helps builders coordinate AI agents like a working software team.

The product: Plyrium Forge is for developers, solo founders, and builders who want more than one AI chat window. It turns local coding agents into structured teams with roles, shared context, task boards, memory, terminals, and a Director that can coordinate work across the team.
