In this video, I share a work-filled Sunday and my encounters in this seller's market. I aimed to make the point that buyers should be open to consider homes that aren't exactly move-in ready but that got debunked before the end of the video because even those homes are receiving multiple offers😩.

FYI:
1) Property #1 in Lawrenceville, GA - List price $309k, went pending in 3 days.
2) Property #2 in Stone Mountain, GA clip 1 (all the cards on the counter) - List price $250k, went pending in 4 days.
3) Property #3 in Lawrenceville, GA clip 2 (open house) - List price $269,900 went pending in 7 days.
