Vegan FISH with FAKE SKIN & Vegetarian EEL TASTE TEST - What does imitation fish taste like?

I've had my fair share of imitation meats, but never fish (crab a crustacean, doesn't count) so when I saw vegan fish at my Asian market I knew I had to try it. They also had vegetarian eel prepared in the style of Japanese roasted eel, unagi, one of my FAVORITE dishes, so I picked that up as well. Come eat with me and see if the faux fish are up to snuff.
