Fix Broken Vauxhall Opel Astra Zafira Corsa HOW TO

In our opinion, Vauxhall Astra H and Corsa D car keys have a design fault. This is that the hinge, (which holds the key blade in ) develops a crack over time. At some point the crack causes the hinge to break and then the blade falls out and can get lost.
These can easily be repaired by using a repair kit, that allows the electronics to be transferred over.
The important thing is that this is done safely, it is very easy to try and force it open with screwdrivers and to end up with one in the hand! Believe me we have done it...and it hurts. So follow this guide and all will be well.
