Jumbled-Up Words and Trouble Speaking? A Fresh Perspective That Can Help
https://www.uncaged-bird.com
Speech difficulties can often create shame or discomfort for the people who have them. A fresh perspective on what is creating them can help to change this.
Do you have any trouble speaking ? As in communicating verbally with words ?!
Perhaps because of a stutter ? Or stammer ? Maybe because you sometimes just don't know what to say around other people? Or do you know someone to whom this applies?
If so I know what it is like to have difficult speaking. I suffered from this for many years and it was something I was quite ashamed about.
In this video I share some insight that has hugely helped, in particular:
- realising that the speech problems were related to a capacity, not a 'fault'
- a fresh perspective on autism
- a simple tool that has helped me to manage what was partly causing the jumbled up words
I can hope this can be of help to anyone who has ever felt stupid, slow or dim-witted because they just couldn't seem to get their words out.
