At the SCP Foundation, reserach scientist Dr. Bloom is tasked with interviewing SCP-2287, Mr. Headless, another Little Misters of the Dr. Wondertainment series. SCP-2287, or Mr. Headless is, as his name describes, a headless humanoid white male that is able to function properly despite lacking a head. As Dr. Bloom and Iris soon realize, direct visual observation of SCP-2287 will cause for them to perceive themselves as headless as well. Iris, being freaked out by this, passes out. Dr. Bloom reveals to Mr. Headless this was all part of his elaborate plan to prank Iris for stealing his sunglasses a few months back.
