Making the Forbidden Tri-edge Dagger Knife

The military pre geneva convention had a tri-edge trench knife. but they where outlawed for warfare because they produced a wound that was very hard to stop blood loss or suture so they where deemed inhumane and forbidden. I found this Raw file stock in a flea market months ago, it looked like somebody used it as a de burring tool for machining metal.
