Episode 45 Old Salt on The Droitwich Canals

Continuing from my mooring on the Droitwich Barge Canal in the previous episode, Tales From The Swan’s Neck completes the Droitwich Canals. Andrew enjoys being back in the sticks again after almost four months of lockdown in Stourport. He encounters some peculiar canal machinery, and discusses why these canals were built. He has a sleepless night in Droitwich, encounters some unusual locks, and Oinky the rusty pig gets into a bit of a scrape.
