HUGE Alaska Supply Run... 6 Stops, Thousands Spent, 1 Big Problem

Alaska is doubling down on winter. Sub-zero temps, high winds, and snow are on the way — so it's time to head into town and stock up before we get locked in. Come along as we make our way out of the Alaska wilderness for a massive supply run covering groceries, construction supplies, fuel, and propane.

But this one didn't go as planned. Our generator — which has been keeping the lights on for 9 months — picked the worst possible time to quit. What started as a straightforward supply run turned into a 3-day scramble we weren't expecting.
In this video:

Full grocery haul from Three Bears with prices (feeding a big family in Alaska isn't cheap)
Construction supplies for the cabin addition
Propane and gasoline fill-up for the off-grid homestead
Generator breakdown, emergency backup purchase, and carburetor repair
Real costs breakdown — every stop, every dollar

Oh, and we spotted 15 moose on the drive. Not bad.
Total damage revealed at the end.

🏡 Homesteady is an off-grid homestead and family in Alaska. We document the real, unfiltered side of building and living off the grid — construction, hunting, fishing, and everything in between.
