Bella before Adoption

This is Isabella a couple weeks after we found out we could adopt her. She has gastroischesis, intestinal failure, spinal cord deformity (from biological moms drug use), liver failure and needs a small bowel and liver transplant. She is now our beautiful happy little girl and is doing amazing and we love her soooooo much.
