How hard should I massage after filler? My top massage tip

A clinician asked me recently how hard they should massage after depositing filler in the skin because, of course, we don't want to move the filler out of place.

I see new clinicians doing this incorrectly, so here is my top tip for successfully massaging filler after treatment.
