TOFU DÖNER - RECIPE IN DESCRIPTION

TOFU DÖNER 🥙

RECIPE (2 servings, 20min prep time):
-200g smoked or extra firm tofu
Peel into slices with a peeler.
Add to a pan with hot oil.
-1 Tsp each cumin, paprika, chicken spice
-1/2 Tsp each garlic, ground coriander
-1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
-salt to taste
Fry for a few minutes until golden.
Quick salad:
-1 cucumber
-a handful tomatoes
-1/2 bunch parsley
-juice of 1/2 lemon
-salt to taste
Chop the veggies and mix.
Garlic sauce:
-200g unsweetened vegan yogurt
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
-salt to taste
-a pinch of sugar
Mix well.
To assemble:
-2 Döner Flatbreads
Assemble your Döner and take a BIG BITE.🤤
