The company J4 s.r.o. manufacture high-temperature ovens for producing the Arab style bread and pita bread.
A directly heated oven in the video has 30 burners and iron plate belt. Each plate has 160 mm x 1,5 m and has 30 kg. Such massive iron allows accumulating a lot of heat what give right baking results. Baking time is around 60 s, the baking area has 10 m.
