INGREDIENTS
8.5 oz (240 g) Bag of Flaming Hot Cheetos
2 1/4 cup (245 g) instant corn flour (I used Maseca brand)
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup (100 g) lard or shortening
2 1/2 cups (591 ml) low sodium chicken broth
1 lb (454 g) cooked shredded chicken
20 to 25 presoaked corn husks
12 to 16 qt steamer pot
