Greek Government Announces Important Reforms to Golden Visa Program

Greece Golden Visa doesn't get too much attention, but they are currently experiencing a surge in applicants, especially since Portuguese program got shut down.

In order to qualify for the Greek Golden visa, you'll need to invest 250 000 euros. This is the most cost effective option in the EU (Schengen).

This visa gives you unlimited access to Greece and there are no minimum stay requirements.
However, if you stay there for more than 6 months in a year you will become a Greek tax resident.
