Pole barn lumber shed DIY. Part 1.

I've never worked with round logs before, so this is a great 'warm up' project into that world. Round wood has it has it's challenges, and I have my weaknesses, but I'm gaining inspiration through this process when considering future projects built this way. I am feeling like I could use a few more tools and a lot more knowledge for this kind of work, so my joinery techniques are very basic. I would have liked to join the braces more seamlessly to the posts, however, my attempts at that were a failure (not shown in the video). It's something to work on!

As I've said before, my projects are never perfect and my techniques are very rudimentary. But I think it's important to know that we don't all have to be an 'expert' and execute 'perfection' in order to still have something good and functional :)

Not entirely sure if this will be a 2 or 3 part series. Have to see how it goes!
