Chani Nicholas: The Activist's Astrologer

“Far too often," astrologer Chani Nicholas says, "healing is geared towards elevating attributes that are deemed valuable by the status quo.” With a website featuring more than a million regular visitors, Nicholas' ideas and concepts have been and are constantly shaped by LGBTQIA, people of color, feminist writers, artists, thinkers, activists, and community members. Nicholas comes to CHF to share her take on why her writing style and brand of astrology appeals to so many on the front lines of social justice and healing work. Social justice facilitator, healer, and doula adrienne maree brown joins Nicholas in conversation.
