Weight Loss morning Juice | Amla juice recipe | How to make healthy Indian gooseberry juice

Amla or Indian gooseberry is loaded with many vitamins and minerals they are also rich in antioxidants. Amla is also a good source of dietary fibers. Amla juice can be used for boosting the weight loss process. Amla works in more than one ways to help you lose weight.

Ingredients to make healthy Amla juice for weight loss:-

2 medium to small Amla (Indian gooseberries)
1/2 Cup normal water
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1/2 tsp roasted Cumin seeds powder (jeera)
1 Pinch rock salt (kala namak)
1/2 tsp crushed ginger (optional)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Method to make Amla juice to lose weight :-

Add chopped Amla, Cumin powder, rock salt with little water into a grinder.
Grind them check add more water gradually if required
Strain the mixture with the strainer
Put the residue or pulp back into the blender & blend again
Strain again
Transfer the juice into a glass and add half a glass of Luke warm water.
Add raw honey if you like and mix well.
Your Amla juice or drink is ready to be consumed.
The best time for drinking Amla Juice for weight loss benefits is at the morning in empty stomach. It will hydrate and energize your body while boosting up the metabolic rate, helping you to burn more calories throughout the day.
