Building travel cajon

I recently built a cajon (started with a diy kit) during the corona lockdown that is really fun but sometimes difficult to transport.
That's why I made up and built smaller ones. Literally from leftover wood lying around;)
I gave the smaller one to my very young nephew Milian, so it is natural and "only" treated with worktop oil.

Both are easy to transport and sound really nice. The bigger one of course has a little more "bang";)

The video is only a summary, no instructions and in reality I have sanded for about a whole day ^^
