APA bibliography not sorted alphabetically for word 365

I was having trouble trying to sort my bibliography in Word 365. The issue was the hyperlinks. You need to remove all of them by converting your references to plain text. Select all text and then press CTRL+SHIFT+F9.

After that step, you should be good to go back to your word doc, select Home, then sort by paragraph. I hope it works for you.
