Yakatori Sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sake
1/2 cup mirin
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
Combine ingredients. Cook on low for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

Caesar Dressing;
-1 garlic clove minced
-1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
-2 egg yolks
-1 ounce Trader Joe's Anchovy Fillets
-juice of two lemons
-2 tablespoons water
-1/2 cup canola oil
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Blitz all ingredients in food processor; slowly add oil with processor running and then add Parmesan Cheese.

Alfredo Sauce
6 tablespoons garlic compound butter (recipe follows)
2 cup heavy cream
1 1/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese

Melt butter in sauce pan, and add cream; simmer for 10 minutes. Turnoff heat and add parmesan cheese; stir until smooth. Enough sauce for a pound of fettucine.

Mango Salsa;
-24 ounce diced mango
-2 red bell peppers, seeded and diced
-1 small red onion diced
-1 jalapeno finely minced
-2 tablespoon minced cilantro
-4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
-salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in bowl.

Jerk Chicken Marinade
1 teaspoon ground clove
1teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 teaspoon ground all spice
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

French Onion Soup
3 tablespoon butter
3 pounds sliced onions
salt to taste
1 bay leaf
4 stems thyme
2 cloves garlic minced
1 /2 cup sherry
4 cup chicken stock
4 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon better than beef bullion
1 baguette cut into 1/2 inch slices
4 ounce shredded swiss/gruyere cheese
Sauté onions in butter until very caramelized. Season with salt, bay leaf, thyme and garlic. Deglaze pan with sherry. Add chicken stock and beef broth and bullion base. Simmer for 30 minutes. Place bread on sheet tray; cover with cheese and place in 350 degree oven; bake until cheese melts. To serve place soup in bowl and place cheese bread on top.
