Vectrex repair series. DAC zero adjustment process.

Here I will show you how to adjust the DAC zero for the Vectrex. It’s commonly mistaken as a centering adjustment because of its behavior when turned. The magnet rings on the CRT neck are for this. They aim the electron beams onto the phosphorous. Hope this help take the mystery out of this adjustment. From the factory you should never have to adjust unless someone turned hoping to center the screen.
