Did you know tight quads might be causing your lower back pain? Tight quadriceps can pull your pelvis into an anterior tilt, exaggerating the lumbar curve and leading to discomfort.

In this video, we use a variation of Anantasana (Side-Reclining Pose) to gently stretch the quads without stressing the spine. This pose is perfect if you're dealing with back pain and need a low-impact, effective stretch.
