The head of the UN’s nuclear watchdog has said he’s extremely concerned about lack of communication between the Ukrainian regulator and nuclear sites under nuclear control.

The BBC has talked to a family member of a worker at the Chernobyl nuclear power station, which was taken over by Russian troops last week, who says that conditions are concerning.
