Shin-Okubo is located just one stop or within walking distance from Shinjuku, yet the vibe and atmosphere here is extremely different. In this area, there are countless shops selling Korean beauty products, K-pop merchandise or just Korean food. It's a great area for nightlife as well, especially younger people, like students, often come here since the prices are quite reasonable at the many restaurants specializing in Korean BBQ.
