¡Seguimos paseando por los mercadillos de Navidad! Hoy preparamos unas galletas muy típicas, conocidas comercialmente como Lotus, pero cuyo nombre original, dependiendo del país es Speculoos, Speculaas o Spekulatius. Estoy segura de que te van a encantar.

INGREDIENTES

100 g de mantequilla fría en dados
160 g de harina de repostería
40 g de harina integral de centeno o de trigo
130 g de azúcar moreno
10 g de leche
1/4 cc de levadura química
4 tiras de piel de naranja
20 g de huevo
1 pellizco de sal
1 cc (2 g) de especias de speculoos

Si no tienes la mezcla de especias, puedes prepararla en casa con los siguientes ingredientes: canela, anís, clavo, cilantro, jengibre, nuez moscada, pimienta blanca, cardamomo, pimienta de Jamaica y pimienta negra.

INGREDIENTS

40 g of whole wheat or rye flour
130 g of brown sugar
10g milk
1/4 cc of chemical yeast
4 strips of orange peel
20 g of egg
1 pinch of salt
1 cc (2 g) speculoos spices

If you don't have the spice mix, you can make it at home with the following ingredients: cinnamon, anise, cloves, coriander, ginger, nutmeg, white pepper, cardamom, allspice, and black pepper.
