STORY: Two District 76 Police Officers Where dispatched to a call about a suspect who was vandalizing a D76 Squad car. When approached the suspect was not cooperative and ran, Officer Ricktor Martinez noticed what appeared to be a gun so officer Danny Bhacqup took a shot but missed. Both officers gave chase where the criminal loyalist jumped into the river where the officers feared he would emerge from the water and continue the threat so both officers took the inicitive to open fire.. persumed dead the loyalist was searched and to the suprise of the D76 cops the criminal sprang to life and ran they both gave chase.. The criminal then hid in a portable toilet where the officers had no choice but to ram it with their vehicle. The suspect was removed from the portable toilet and arrested. No internal investigation was conducted as all actions were justifiable!
