Slow SHUTTER SPEED effects at NIGHT - Camera Basics DSLR

In the shutter speed episode, we went over how to make water silk like. But the problem was, in daylight, there is way too much ambient light.
So we could only drag our shutter speed down to 1/2 of a second at best.
With Night Photography, we can drag the shutter to 30 seconds or even more.
This will make the water in our photos really silky smooth.
No ND filters needed.

Luckily for us, there was an extreme amount of runoff recorded this week. So I visited the river where I got to play with the extreme weather.
Eventually other photographer congregated because they knew what was up.
