The hiring process of becoming an FBI Agent can be thought of as a funnel. One of the places in the funnel that is most "restrictive" is between passing Phase 1 and getting selected for Phase 2. That is where the Meet and Greet falls; this is an incredibly important event for anyone trying to join the FBI, and I share my thoughts on how to best navigate this critical part of the process.
