My Hashimoto's Story

I'm sharing my Hashimoto's story and giving some details about my Hashimoto's symptoms and diagnosis. I had hypothyroidism for years before being diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease (also called Hashimoto's thyroiditis), an autoimmune disease that attacks your thyroid. Like other types of chronic illness, thyroid disease can be an invisible illness - the people around you often don't realize how much you're suffering. I'm thankful to have finally received a diagnosis because it's helped me adapt my diet and lifestyle to achieve overall better health and wellness and pursue vibrant living. Healthy living is something I'm so passionate about now, and I'm so excited to share more of my health journey in the hopes of encouraging other spoonies or people just looking to improve their overall health. After living with chronic pain for so long, I'm thankful to have incorporated holistic habits for overall holistic living that leads to a more happy and healthy lifestyle.
