What Happens To Your Body When You Don't Exercise Enough

We all know that exercising regularly is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But knowing is one thing and actually doing it is another. Motivation can often be a deterrent to exercising especially after one session in the gym that leaves your body feeling like it was run over by a car.

But even if you were born with a great metabolism, exercising is still important. It’s not just about looking good and feeling good even though it’s usually the motivation that gets us to the gym.

If you want to eat well, sleep well, stay sharp and focused, decrease injuries, and basically just live a better life, you better start exercising regularly.
