Canuk Windows Sold Me a Cheap Door

Saving a customers Credit card number with the CVC and making charges on said card is against the law. I did not authorise the final payment but you charged me anyways. I have already started the dispute with Visa. I'm not paying for the remainder of this job until the deficiencies are fixed. You also owe me an apology for lying to me about the door not coming from Home Depot. You also accused me for the crap installation as being my fault. If you are going to buy your innovatory from Home Depot I don't want their cheap azz stuff. You need to come and replace this door with their better one. I think it's the 3000 series. May 4th at 7:00 PM your installer called me and said he will be at my house between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the 5th. He called me from Home Depot and said he has picked up my door and he's on his way. Bla bla bla about having to call your supplier and see what we can do to fix the door. Your supplier is Home Depot dude. You need to replace the door that your installer f'd up. He had to re-hang it 4 times. The whole thing is on my home security. I need to check that and see how many times he opened up the installers manual. Hey he shouldn't need to right...bla bla bla you said he's installed hundreds of these doors. Dude, I'm not stupid. I clearly saw your installer Cory having major struggles installing the storm door and the glass door is crooked. #Canukwindows
