22nd Annual Pistahan Parade San Francisco 2015
Pistahan (“festival”) is a two-day festival that celebrates Filipino culture in San Francisco. This is the parade that occurs at the start of the festival. Market Street, August 8, 2015. The weather was warm, overcast, somewhat humid.
