The 5 Calisthenics Sins | Vitality

Quality over quantity! These 5 Calisthenics mistakes are the most common ones I see on the bars on a regular basis. Using moment, the full-range problem etc. will not just diminish your gains, but your success on a long-term as well. It is much easier to do exercises wrong, it looks like you can do more, but basically, you are just cheating on yourself. Lock out your shoulders and arms, add eccentric as well as explosive exercises, focus on a couple of moves - and that's it.

A good workout routine mustn't be too complicated. Follow the rules, play it right and correct and earn the respect. If you have to, start from zero. Don't pile up mistakes. Don't let them become a habit. Strength development is only possible over time, while quality stands always above quantity!
