POPEYES CHICKEN SANDWICH (TOP SECRET RECIPE)..BUT BETTER | Maliha's Ramadan

Many people claim that this is the best burger they've ever tasted.
Popeyes chicken sandwich ingredients:
Marinate:
1 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons MSG
4 boneless chicken breasts
Dry coating:
2 cups self raising flour
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground onion powder
Wet coating:
2 large eggs beaten
1 cup butter milk
1/3 cup milk
Veg/ canola oil for frying
4 brioche nuns
Lettuce
Butter (softened)
Pickle slices (optional)
Garlic mayonnaise or regular
Barbecue sauce (optional)

Mac & Cheese ingredients:
Macaroni 500g
sundried tomatoes 250g (sliced)
plain flour 3 tbsp (heaped)
salted butter 150g
fresh garlic 2 tbsp (crushed)
crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp 
black pepper powder 1 tsp
paprika powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
Italian herbs 1 tsp
Italian herbs 1 & 1/2 tsp
frozen spinach 2 cup
chicken stock 6 (6 cups hot water with 2 chicken cubes)
milk 2 cups
cream 2 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
mozzarella cheese 1 cup
parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
oil 3 tbspt
