how have you all been doing, what are you up to?💫 i've been catching up on work and trying to maintain some healthy habits, but i thought i could make an effort and upload an extra video this week (i'll try to post on sunday as usual too). i mainly wanted to edit this vlog for the memories, but hopefully you can enjoy it too and don't find it too boring! it's kinda funny because this time last year i was in miami, so this is kind of a different trip haha but i will say that being in nature was SO beneficial to my mental health and really helped with self care. everyday i was outside and exercising and it gave me lots of time to be inspired and ~organize my thoughts~. i really recommend you guys to try to get outside even if it's just taking a short walk, i mean i should be taking my own advice right now because I've been sitting down editing/working for the past few days haha. anyways, again i hope that you enjoyed! see you sunday and sending you my love 💌

how old are you? / currently 16, born in september so I’m always a bit younger than people in my grade

what grade are you in - what do you study? / i’m currently in secondary 5 which I believe equals to the 11th grade in the us and I’m in the IB program which I mention a lot in my ‘study videos/vlogs’. it’s basically a program offered internationally that’s know to be quite demanding academically

where are you from - what language are you speaking? / quebec, canada (near montreal), which explains why you might sometimes hear me speak french in my videos

what software do you edit with? / i currently use final cut pro on Mac, but if you’re looking for a free software I have a video up all about how I used to edit videos for free
