☆ Update #1: There is a sidetone feature available, this can be activated by holding the mute button down for at least 2 seconds until you hear a high-pitched bleep, do it again for a higher sidetone volume and once more to turn it off. In my personal experience, I didn't really notice a difference when using this, however other people may say otherwise.

☆ Update #2: The reason to why I blurred out my user name was because some people may find it offensive. Yes I'm aware I slipped up during the editing process, you don't need to tell me. ;)

★ Q: There's no headset option in 'Audio Output Settings' on my PS4, what do I do?
☆ A: Settings locations have since changed. It's now 'Settings' - 'Devices' - 'Audio Devices'.

★ Q: I can't find the option to toggle between chat audio and all audio, where is it?
☆ A: Hold down the PS button on the controller, then click on 'Adjust Devices' - 'Output to Headphones'.

★ Q: I can't hear my friends /or/ I can't hear the game audio, what do I do!?
☆ A: There are volume two buttons: Chat/Game ratio & the other is the main volume. Bump up the main volume then adjust the chat/game ratio in favour of the audio you hear less of.

★ Q: My friends say I'm coming across rather quiet, what do I do!?
☆ A: You probably need to bump up the microphone sensitivity, so go to: 'Settings' - 'Devices' - 'Audio Devices' - 'Adjust Microphone Level'.

★ Q: How do I reset the headset?
☆ A: (1) Connect the wireless adaptor to a PlayStation system or other powered USB port. (2) Insert a small pin or similar object into the hole surrounding the reset button in the wireless adaptor, and push in for at least one second. (3) On the headset, hold down the MUTE button and the VSS button. (4) While still holding down the MUTE button and the VSS button, slide the power switch to position 1 or 2.

★ Q: Does it have a microphone?
☆ A: Yes it does, it's hidden.

★ Q: Can I listen to game audio through the TV & headset at the same time?
☆ A: No, when you're listening to game audio, it mutes the audio from the TV.

★ Q: Can I record gameplay audio with a game capture device whilst using these?
☆ A: If you have these set to 'All Audio' then no. It will work with Share Factory though.

★ Q: How long is the battery life?
☆ A: About 6hrs 30min+.

★ Q: How long does it take to fully charge?
☆ A: About 3 hours.

★ Q: Can you charge whilst using?
☆ A: Yes you can.

★ Q: Pulse or Golds?
☆ A: Both are really good, but I prefer the Golds.

★ Q: What model is your TV?
☆ A: Sony KDL-42W653 (42" LED) - This model is no longer made.
