GLIM Educational Series Part 2: Conducting Studies to Validate the GLIM Criteria

This video is focused on supporting researchers to validate the Global Leadership Initiative on Malnutrition (GLIM) criteria and framework for documenting malnutrition.

At the end of this presentation, viewers will be able to (1) describe the differences in content, construct, criterion and predictive validity; (2) identify key components of rigorous prospective and retrospective GLIM validation studies; and (3) list the types of statistics expected for each type of validation.

The Global Leadership Initiative on Malnutrition (GLIM) aims to build a global consensus around core diagnostic criteria for malnutrition in adults in clinical settings.
