Bette Davis' daughter B.D. Hyman on The Joan Rivers Show (1991)

In September 1991, B.D. Hyman, appeared 'The Joan Rivers Show', during which she repeated her familiar litany of horror stories about her mother, film icon Bette Davis. This time, however, there was a twist: Bette's fifteen-year-old grandson, Justin, who was six when he last saw her, came on the show and offered support for his mother's stories. He told his own harrowing tale of being threatned by Bette with a fireplace poker (An event that was not mentioned in either of B.D.'s books.)
