Oktavia Von Seckendorff [Spoilers!]

Well this is pretty rare to find on YouTube, esp both scenes. So I figured I would do it myself lol. Oktavia Von Seckendorff is such a tragic villain (if that's a proper term to call her), and she is probably my most favorite of any of any show.

Video quality might not be par, but meh. And its dubbed version because I did not want subtitles obscuring the picture.
